Apprentices

We continue to maintain our apprentice intake, each seeking to develop and retain our own ‘home grown’ talent with the passing down of knowledge from generation to generation and ensuring that our choice of tradesmen for the future have matured with us and absorbed the values of the company - a reputation for quality building offering expertise and reliability.

Many of the apprentices have gone on to develop their careers within the company.

We advise anyone starting an apprenticeship with us that although the apprenticeship may be for 3 years - it is only the beginning!  We instil in all our apprentices that the first 3 years is to learn their craft but the next 3 years is about becoming a skilled tradesman.

We have supported local awards for the apprentices, to not only promote our apprentices locally but to give them a further sense of achievement.
