East Street, Braintree

This was a design and build project to construct 74 new houses for sale for a social landlord on a brownfield, town centre site. Our technical team reviewed and improved the layout of the scheme. A key challenge was maintaining the access through the site for a neighbouring charity.

Bernards Uniforms Site

This was a project to design and build 27 new homes for social housing; eight flats and 19 houses. The project started with the demolition of the derelict factory and subsequent ground remediation. Having only one entrance, maintaining safe and efficient logistics was key to the project’s success.

Manningtree High School, New Sports Field

The ‘levelling up’ of the existing adjacent High School playing field, to provide a ‘level’ playing field providing resurfaced grass pitches to significantly improve the school’s sports facilities and provision for the pupils.
