Heydonbury

This project was to build a luxurious extension to the main house. The new facilities included a basement, containing a family games room and cinema with swimming pool above. The goundworks alone took 52 weeks. We imported 105.4 tons of reinforcement in the basement.

Martello Tower, Jaywick

Alteration and ‘look out’ extension to the Martello Tower in Jaywick including refurbishment and upgrading works to form a new Arts Centre. The tower now acts as a central hub for the local community and visitors. There are regular arts and heritage exhibitions, talks and events.

St Mary, Virgin & Mother Church, Capel St Mary

A modernised heating system installed in this 15th Century building. The works involved the removal of wooden pews and staging, the installation of heating systems and re-flooring works.

St Michaels Convent, Chapel & Care Home

Orwell Park, Pre-Prep School

New build, steel framed, brick and render clad, single storey, single ply layer roof Pre-Prep School. PV panels, gas fired boiler, under floor heating system, painted fair face blockwork internally with suspended ceilings. Vinyl Carpet to floors. External works including hard and soft landscaping. Early Years Facility, Lawford

This project is an early years nursery attached to the local primary school. Traditionally constructed with 30 places, the facility includes three play rooms, each catering for a different age group, staff accommodation, a kitchen, offices and WCs together with external play space.

Goldlay Gardens, Chelmsford

Eight maisonettes and 24 flats. One, three storey block of flats (1 or 2 bed) and two, two storey blocks of maisonettes – four dwellings per block. Plus external hard and soft landscaping. 12 flats for independent living and 12 for sale together with the maisonettes.
