Former Council Offices to be Redeveloped

After 6 years of lying empty, demolition finally gets underway at the Former Suffolk Coastal Council Offices, in Woodbridge.

We are delighted to be building in the town again, especially on such a prestigious site. Our aim is to provide Woodbridge with a development that will be worthy of its setting and location and become a welcome addition to the local landscape.

Rose have put together a highly skilled team of architects and consultants that will finally ensure the former council offices are redeveloped. The aim is to create a residential development that will meet the needs of Woodbridge residents and enhance the town.
