Working Carpentry Foreman

Due to expansion Rose Builders require an experienced Working Foreman with a Carpentry background to join their prestigious Private Client Team. The successful Working Foreman will have renovation experience having worked on a range of old and unique buildings during their career. You will undertake small & medium bespoke residential build, refurbishment and conversion projects.

The role is site based, running small and medium sized private client projects. You will supervise all trades, monitor and maintain quality through professional leadership to deliver projects on time.

This is a high-end delivery customer facing position, the ability to be flexible, solve problems quickly and exceed customer expectations are essential to deliver Rose builders high standards.

• Experienced skilled carpenter
• Strong hands-on background in interior and exterior works
• Ideally have Foreman experience
• Experience managing people and small build projects
• High energy positive outlook
• Solution orientated
• Excellent customer facing skills
