Wellbeing Day

Staff were invited to attend a ‘Wellbeing Day’ held at the office with a range of different activities to get everyone moving from blending smoothies whilst cycling, desk yoga to ping pong! Legal and financial advice workshops were also held providing staff with valuable information.

Ultimately the aim of the day was to help support mental health both in and out of work, recharge the batteries and promote some healthy competition!

The event was a big success – very well done to everyone involved.
