We couldn’t be prouder!

Huge congratulations to our very own Piers Hobson, who was named Runner-Up for Apprentice of the Year 2025 at the prestigious Suffolk Joint Construction Committee Awards!

Back in 2022, Piers made a bold move—leaving a sales career behind to pursue his passion for carpentry. With no prior experience, he took a leap of faith, embraced the challenge, and started over as an apprentice.

Fast forward to today: he’s now a Level 2 Qualified Carpenter and well on his way to completing his Level 3 qualification at Suffolk New College.

His journey is a brilliant reminder that it’s never too late to change paths and chase what inspires you.

Well done, Piers — your hard work, courage, and determination continue to inspire us all!
