Up, Up and Away!

We are thrilled to be working once again with Seymour House Day Nursery Schools on the delivery of their new 72-place day nursery at Brassie Wood, Chelmsford. This state-of-the-art facility will feature classrooms, staff amenities, and a first-floor play terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped play area. The building will incorporate integrated shading to protect children from sun and rain, along with enhanced thermal efficiency and an extensive photovoltaic array to boost sustainability.

This new nursery reflects the ongoing growth of the Seymour House brand, whose vision is to be the leading provider of outstanding early years education in a nurturing and calm environment.

Our project team gathered for the customary “breaking ground” photo as construction kicks off, with the nursery set to open in Autumn 2025.
