University of Essex, Colchester

We have been on University of Essex maintenance framework for seven years but have a 30 year association with the University.

Our framework site manager is based at the main campus and has his own office and compound with a team of four multi-trade workers.

We are also on the University of Essex construction framework where we have carried out several larger projects. By having a place on both frameworks, we have developed a workforce with considerable knowledge of the University’s estate, which means that we can offer a high value and flexible service.
