The 5% Club – Gold Award

This year we entered the 5% Club, an industry led initiative focussed on driving momentum into the recruitment of apprentices, graduates and sponsored students.

By entering the scheme, we commit to raising the number of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes to 5% of our total workforce within five years.

Since joining the scheme our activities, future plans and commitments as well as our approach to quality, social mobility, diversity and inclusion have been audited and as a result we have been awarded with a gold award!

This is a fantastic achievement for the short time that we have been with the scheme.

In November Claire Wright and Alan Bridgeman were invited to attend the House of Lords to collect our Gold Award and for a Celebratory Reception. It was a wonderful opportunity to network with likeminded companies and a proud moment for us as a company.
