Supporting Local Charity, Genesis Orwell Mencap

We recently had an opportunity to visit Genesis Orwell Mencap, a local charity supporting adults and young people with learning or physical disabilities.

The charity runs the most amazing garden furniture workshop which offers work experience activities that aim to encourage inclusion, raise awareness and change attitudes.

Their furniture is of the highest quality and made from long lasting hardwood timber, which is always sourced from reputable suppliers and sustainable forests.

From the workshop we were able to source some wonderful benches for the open space area at our Painters Place development, East Bergholt, each bench engraved by hand with a Rose.

It has been wonderful to have been able to work with and support this local charity who provide such an important care service.
