STEM Ambassadors

We take the future of construction very seriously here at Rose, not only investing in our own apprentices but the wider construction community too.

With 225,000 construction workers quoted as being needed nationally in the next few years it is so important to inspire future generations and bust the myths surrounding construction. Construction is an ever evolving industry that offers an incredible breadth of careers from accountants and asbestos surveyors to wall/floor tilers to wind turbine engineers – there really is something for everyone!

This year we have attended schools, colleges, Careers Fairs, Armed Forces organisations, roadshows and hubs and are already booking in next year’s events.

2023 has seen our STEM Ambassadors Alan, Claire and Kelly:

• Provide over 300 Hours of valuable guidance and insight
• Engage with approximately 2000 participants
• Attended 25 events in East Anglia
