Sixth Form College Performing Arts Studio

This project evolved from an initial investigation into an underground excavation and basement formation project.

Hugely technical issues of temporary support works involving sheet piling and Mabey Waler system. All constructed in a very restricted site. Access difficulties and coordination of deliveries sharing the road with 3000 students dictated extremely detailed health and safety and coordination of activities. Example being ready mix concrete pours all in and concluded by 7.30am to facilitate staff and pupil access.
