The team have just completed the re-construction and enhancement of a large block of apartments in Ipswich, after significant fire and water damage on behalf of Newtide Homes (previously Flagship Homes)

Works involved;

• New roofing
• Timber frame repairs
• Striping back all existing plasterboard
• Full new M&E services including new sprinkler system
• New balcony decking
• Full re-decoration/finish internally
