Rose and Eastlight join forces to deliver 18 new affordable homes in Suffolk

We are delighted to be partnering once again with Eastlight Community Homes as principal contractor for their newly acquired site in Elmsett, Suffolk.

The development will see the delivery of 18 new homes, ranging from 1-bed flats to 4-bed houses, for social rent and shared ownership. The homes will be traditional in style, with a combination of brick and render to the façades, reflective of similar buildings in the village.

The use of materials and detailing positively mirrors its surroundings, creating a high-quality development that is in tune to the local environment and community. The homes are varying in scale to give visual interest and articulation to the street scene.

The site perfectly exemplifies how Eastlight Community Homes reinvests every pound in providing urgently needed affordable homes across the East of England, in a way that recognises the world around us and improves on how people want to live now and in the future.
