Priti Patel’s Careers Fair

Our construction ambassadors, Kelly Tate and Alan Bridgman were delighted to attend Priti Patel’s careers fair at the Maltings Academy, Witham. The event was on a larger scale this year and provided an important opportunity for local students to talk to a range of employers.

The Fair was attended by more than 500 students from year 10 from Maltings Academy, Rickstones Academy and Thurstable School and some 60 from years 12 and 13 at Witham Sixth Form.

It was wonderful to see so many students in attendance, careers fairs are a great opportunity to provide young people with the first introduction to construction and to share the fantastic opportunities available within our industry.
