Positive Response at Woodbridge Public Consultation

We recently held a Public Consultation to showcase our initial plans for the re-development of the Former Suffolk Coastal offices in Woodbridge.

We were delighted to see so many people attend and hear the positive feedback on our proposals. The next steps will be to review the feedback and progress the site to the next stage.

Steven Rose, Managing Director of Rose comments: “Our history of working in Woodbridge goes back many years, most notably our recent development Queens Drive, that saw the construction of 33 new homes. We are delighted to be building in the town again, especially on such a prestigious site. Our aim is to provide Woodbridge with a development that will be worthy of its setting and location and become a welcome addition to the local landscape.

Rose have put together a highly skilled team of architects and consultants that will finally ensure the former council offices are redeveloped.  The aim is to create a residential development that will meet the needs of Woodbridge residents and enhance the town.

King’s View will comprise of a mixture of stylish apartments and houses, set within landscaped grounds that will make the location a wonderful place to live.
