Our Show Homes are Now Open by Appointment Only

We have now reopened our show homes and sales centres but under a strict appointment only basis.  A number of health and safety procedures are  in place that will ensure that you can visit us safely

We ask that you adhere to our viewing guidelines and the instructions provided by our sales teams, for further information on these please contact Alex Leader – aleader@rosebuilders.co.uk

During the coronavirus pandemic the health and wellbeing of our workforce, visitors to site and the local community in our number one priority.

This is why when you visit us it is imperative that you follow the below guidelines;

• Please arrive 5 minutes before your viewing time, if running late please contact us immediately, failure to do so may mean we have to refuse entry.
• Parking is provided directly opposite our marketing suite, just follow the signs. Please allow plenty of space between other vehicles.
• Maximum of 4 members from the same household
• No children are allowed under the age of 16 unless by prior agreement
• Gloves and shoe coverings will be provided and must be worn at all times during your visit with us.
• Please refrain from touching items in the show homes or marketing suite
• Please observe the 2m social distancing
• We are unable to offer toilet facilities
• We are regrettably unable to offer any refreshments
• Viewings will last a maximum of 45 minutes unless prior agreement.
• Brochures and price lists will be available via email only

If you are presenting any symptoms of COVID-19 or are in isolation, please don’t visit our Sales Centre until it is safe to do so.
