Next phase of the delivery of new homes for Lawford Housing Enterprise Trust (LHET) are now underway.

The houses that are provided for locally connected people under the age of 40 to rent for up to 5 years.

£100 pcm of the rent being returned to those leaving to help them secure a deposit on an open market house of their own.

Since the delivery of the first 8 houses at Summers Park the scheme has proved hugely popular, and demand has outstripped supply.

These next 8 at Lawford Green will help meet this strong demand.

These houses will be available in Autumn of this year.
