CareCo – New HQ & Distribution Centre

Work is progressing well on the new Headquarters and Distribution Centre for CareCo, an independent distributor of care mobility products.

The centre will be a high end, energy efficient, modern office, based over three floors, including a call centre, canteen, training room and break out rooms.

There will be a 90,000sqft warehouse with narrow isle, high bay racked distribution facility and dock leveller loading for up to six articulated lorries at any one time.

Braintree Council’s commercial developer, David Warburton for the Marshgate Group, said: “This is a bespoke build which will give CareCo the exact design, layout and build quality they need to showcase their products, increase their efficiency and improve customer experience.”

The structure is now complete, and the fit-out operation is well underway with CareCo being able to be fully operational in June 2022
