The 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey results show that 90% of new build home buyers would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’, the third successive year that the industry has upheld a score of 90% or above.

We are delighted to announce that our Site Manager Gavin Pullen and his team at Lawford Green have been recognised for their proven dedication and consistent delivery of high-quality homes, after winning the Best in Region (South East) Medium Sized Housebuilder (51 – 1000 plots) Quality Award, from the National House Building Council (NHBC) at the prestigious, Pride in the Job Awards.
With only 44 winners out of over 8,000 UK wide entrants, Gavin Pullen and his team are among the country’s best house builders.
Commenting on the Awards, Steve Wood, Chief Executive, NHBC said “NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards are an important part of our work to help homeowners by driving improvements in construction quality.
