Man & Boy!

We are very fortunate to have such an amazing workforce, many of whom have worked for the company, man and boy! So it with great sadness and joy to see Graham Lay-Flurrie turn the page and start the next chapter of his life.

Starting as a teenage apprentice bricklayer with Steven’s Father and Uncle, he worked as a bricklayer when Rose Builders started trading in 1997. He has grown with the company over the last 30 years reaching the position of Contracts and Client Account Manager for small works and local businesses.

His relationship and level of service to these customers has been excellent. Nobody has been more helpful. He instigated and has run our 24/7 call out service which has helped so many people in their ‘hour of need’.

Graham has been hugely loyal throughout his 44 years working with three generations of the Rose family. He will be massively missed.
