The details of the scheme for the new homes between Colchester Road and Cox’s Hill Lawford is now well underway.

The scheme will consist of a blend of new homes catering for a wide variety of purchasers.

From 2 bed terrace houses, semi-detached houses, link-detached houses, bungalows, coach houses, though to 3,4 and 5 bedroom detached homes

These homes will subject to detailed planning and should be available during the second half of next year.
