It’s National Apprenticeship Week!

We’re excited to be attending several events throughout the week, continuing our commitment to supporting apprenticeships—whether through direct employment or by providing valuable insights to the local community about careers in construction.

Feb 11th – We’ll be at the Essex County Council Apprenticeship Career Event on Canvey Island, near our project building 45 affordable homes. We’re here to inspire school leavers and career changers to explore the diverse opportunities in construction—from hands-on trades like brickwork, carpentry, and decorating to professional roles in surveying, site management, and architecture.

Feb 13th – We’re attending the Essex Construction Training Association Awards to celebrate apprentices across Essex, followed by a career event at Colchester Institute later that evening.

With a shortage of site-based apprentices, we’re encouraging individuals from all backgrounds to consider a future in construction. The opportunities are endless!
