Inspiring the Next Generation of Construction Talent! 

A recent Careers & Enterprise Company (CEC) survey of 100,000 young people revealed that construction is now one of the top five career choices among students by the time they reach GCSEs. With growing demand in the sector—50,000 new entrants needed annually (Build UK & CITB report)—now is the time to showcase the incredible opportunities available in construction!

That’s why we’re proud to partner with Suffolk New College to support skills development and education within our community. As an Industry Partner, we’re actively engaging with students, helping them explore career paths, apprenticeships, and opportunities in our industry.
