Groundworks Supervisor

The Groundworks department are expanding their operational groundworks team in response to continued growth across our residential and commercial pipeline portfolio, the team consistently delivers as part of the wider Rose Builders team. This is a full-time on-site role for a Groundworks Supervisor located on projects across Essex and Suffolk. The Groundworks Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing groundworks projects from start to finish, managing the team, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and deadlines.

Requirements / Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of construction regulations
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and construction drawings
• Commercial / Housing Experience required
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid qualifications required
