Groundbreaking – Chesterwell Day Nursery, Colchester

Staff from Seymour House and our project team celebrated the groundbreaking of a new Early Years facility, Chesterwell Day Nursery, for Seymour House Nurseries.

The new nursery will be a 72 place day nursery, comprising 7 spacious rooms, all leading directly out to the early year’s gardens. The younger rooms will have their own specifically designed garden facilities, whilst the older children will have a whopping 3,500 sq ft garden to inspire adventure, play and learning.

The nursery will also include parent drop off spaces, a buggy store and cycle rack facilities, together with a large fully equipped team room that can accommodate group training days.

The new facility will open in September 2023.
