Exciting News!

We’re thrilled to announce the successful acquisition of land in Weeley, Essex, where we’ll be delivering 280 new homes, including 30% affordable housing, along with commercial space and associated infrastructure.

This marks our second-largest land purchase to date, following the 440-home project at Lawford Green.

After years of collaboration with local landowners and our dedicated planning team’s efforts, we’re excited to bring this incredible new development to life!

Construction is now underway, with our first homes set for completion in summer 2025!
