Eastlight Community Homes

This project was the redevelopment of five garage sites to produce 13 new homes for social rent & for two shared equity. There was one site each in Witham, Finchingfield and Halstead, and two in Braintree. The project had two properties with Ground Source Heat Pumps and one Part M Cat 3 bungalow. It was a tricky project to manage due to the small site size and distance between them.
