Customer Care Technician

Rose Homes for Life are seeking a multi-skilled Customer Care Technician to join our business.

The role involves being responsible for the day-to-day remediation of queries in customers homes and must be able to carry out maintenance works involving a wide selection of skills but primarily carpentry, drylining, decoration, wall tiling, mastic and some basic groundworks tasks.   The role also requires the occasional survey and inspection to be carried out of reported issues and liaising with the Customer Care Team to agree the required course of action and to facilitate the organisation of materials and the timely completion of works.

We work across a variety of locations but predominantly in North Essex and South Suffolk.
