Curzon Cinema

This project was to refurbish a former Keddies department store that had lain empty for 22 years.  It was located in the centre of Colchester on a busy one way through road leading to one of the town’s railway station.

The building was of concrete, steel and brick construction and we refurbished it into a boutique cinema and two restaurant outlets.
