As part of our effort to highlight the amazing local businesses and produce available to our new homeowners, we are thrilled to include some delicious packets of Fairfields Farm crisps in our homeowner move-in gift bags.

Fairfields Farm has been farming in East Anglia for three generations, harvesting potatoes, maize, and rye on beautiful farmland across the Colne Valley, just north of Colchester in Essex.

Growing potatoes is a craft their family has perfected over three generations and they are eager to embrace new methods, especially those that reduce their environmental impact. In fact, they are striving to become the UK’s first carbon-neutral crisp producer.

I can personally vouch for the Bacon & Tomato flavour!
