Our team has carried out a wide variety of commercial and industrial construction services.
We are committed to delivering high quality, complex projects in the client’s required time frame. We have a broad portfolio of work from a 20,000 sq ft super prime office / distribution centre, to warehousing, to agricultural buildings, to even assisting clients with the relocation to their new premises.
We offer a complete commercial construction service, from design and development through to fit out, allowing our client’s to be fully operational from handover.

Our in-house team of men and machinery can carry out groundworks to all our general and building works. With over 50 directly employed and experienced and qualified groundworkers and civils operatives, our team have delivered very successfully many light civils and groundworks projects.
From housing sites, estate roads, through to pumping stations, basements and reinforced concrete structures. Our team can deal with all types of ground conditions and have experience of all types of construction techniques and technology. Our knowledge and practicality and buildability advice adds real value to our clients’ projects.

Affordable Housing
We are a successful, long established local contractor and an experienced developer of high quality new homes for sale.
We build many residential schemes for social landlords and apply the same care to our social housing developments as we do to our sale properties from design, procurement and construction through to our aftercare service.
Contract Housing
We have built a wide range of residential housing schemes for our partnered developers, from small developments which needed to blend into their surroundings perfectly, to large luxury developments, to the conversion of a listed building into homes.
