We were proud to attend the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) Awards last week, where our very own Adam Mansfield was shortlisted for the prestigious CIOB Rising Star Award!

This national award shines a light on the brightest emerging talent in the construction industry — recognising those who go above and beyond in their early careers, making a real impact on their projects, teams, and the sector as a whole.

Adam’s nomination is a testament to his exceptional contribution, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. While he didn’t take home the award, being shortlisted at a national level is an incredible achievement in itself. We’re immensely proud to have him as part of the Rose team!
