Eight maisonettes and 24 flats. One, three storey block of flats (1 or 2 bed) and two, two storey blocks of maisonettes – four dwellings per block. Plus external hard and soft landscaping. 12 flats for independent living and 12 for sale together with the maisonettes.

The site had been occupied by the Joyce Brooks House sheltered scheme which had been demolished before we took possession of the site. The project was to build three new houses and a single garage. Refurbishment of 7 bungalows to 5 and new build of 10No houses and bungalows. Conversion of Grade II listed building into 3 separate flats and associated landscaping works. Includes demolition of single storey extension to listed building.
