This project was to build a luxurious extension to the main house. The new facilities included a basement, containing a family games room and cinema with swimming pool above. The goundworks alone took 52 weeks. We imported 105.4 tons of reinforcement in the basement.  

The ‘levelling up’ of the existing adjacent High School playing field, to provide a ‘level’ playing field providing resurfaced grass pitches to significantly improve the school’s sports facilities and provision for the pupils.  

This project evolved from an initial investigation into an underground excavation and basement formation project. Hugely technical issues of temporary support works involving sheet piling and Mabey Waler system. All constructed in a very restricted site.
