New build, steel framed, brick and render clad, single storey, single ply layer roof Pre-Prep School. PV panels, gas fired boiler, under floor heating system, painted fair face blockwork internally with suspended ceilings. Vinyl Carpet to floors. External works including hard and soft landscaping. This project is an early years nursery attached to the local primary school. Traditionally constructed with 30 places, the facility includes three play rooms, each catering for a different age group, staff accommodation, a kitchen, offices and WCs together with external play space.  

Demolition of previous two class base extension and construction of a new four class base extension. Light refurbishment of the listed Abbey School building and additional external works.
