Emergency demolition works following gas explosion

Emergency call out to pub in the centre of Harwich following a fire, which had caused extensive damage to the pub and two neighbouring properties. Our team were called out to aid the police and fire brigade with a road closure and to make the area safe.

Yeoman Close, Ipswich

Out of hours callout. Extensive fire damage to an upper floor flat. Asked to attend the following day and then carry out the repair work. Four storey block of 32 flats. Fire in a top floor flat. Block 1-67 (odds). Rose work: strip out of all 32 flats-water damage mainly.

Creek Lodge

This project was the demolition of the original building followed by the construction of a new five bedroom house. The house has many sustainable features including PV panels, ground source heat pump, smart lighting and triple glazed windows. It is beautifully clad in Western Red Cedar.
