We have been involved with the development of the Edme site for over 100 years from the original boiler house and chimney shaft through to the Mistley waterworks. We have completed many new build and refurbishment projects to keep the buildings and site up to current food legislation and compliance.  

Crisp Maltings in School Lane replaced the seven original traditional Maltings buildings in Mistley for Malt production. We have worked the buildings since their construction, carrying out maintenance, repair and improvement works.

We have been on University of Essex maintenance framework for seven years but have a 30 year association with the University.
