Reservists play a vital role in the UK’s defence, dedicating their spare time to serve in the Reserve Forces while managing their civilian careers. They stand ready to serve when needed, contributing their skills and commitment to national defence.

Comprising around one sixth of the UK’s Armed Forces, Reservists are essential to operations both at home and abroad. They bring expertise in critical areas such as medicine and cyber security and are currently deployed on active duties across the globe.
