Architectural Technician

A great opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join Rose Builders, an established and growing Housing/Commercial Developer and building contractor with a 5 star reputation for delivering high-quality projects which blend cutting edge technical design with traditional craftmanship and character.

Enthusiastic person with an appetite to “work, learn and earn”, could be part trained/training/graduate for busy technical design office with a highly competent team.

The successful Architectural Technologist candidate will be stepping into a key design position where they will be required to collaborate with our housing development and commercial teams. They will be responsible for ensuring projects are successfully taken from conception through to construction – whilst simultaneously working alongside peers in the town planning, construction, groundworks and sales teams to support the delivery of projects onsite, identifying and resolving issues quickly throughout the process.
