Appointed by Legal & General to deliver 44 new affordable homes in Essex

We are proud to announce that we have been appointed by Legal and General to deliver 44 much-needed, new, high-quality affordable homes in the area. With a long-standing commitment to providing affordable housing solutions throughout Essex, we look forward to collaborating with Legal & General Affordable Homes on this crucial project.

The initiative responds to the acute housing land supply shortage and aims to address the pressing need for affordable housing. The development will consist of 100% affordable homes, with an estimated distribution of 70% Shared Ownership and 30% Affordable Rent. These homes will offer a variety of configurations, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom options, catering to the diverse housing needs of the community.
