Applications Ready to Open – 8 New homes for Lawford Housing Enterprise Trust
We are proud to be delivering the first tranche of new homes on behalf of the Lawford Housing Enterprise Trust at our Lawford Green development. A total of fourteen, two bedroom homes will be provided on the development for the Trust. The first eight of these homes will be available in October 2021.
The aim of the LHET is to assist local young people with their aspirations towards independent living and becoming homeowners. This is done by providing good quality homes at affordable rents.
The available tenancy is for a maximum of five years, in order that the opportunity can be available to other local young people on a rotational basis.
The rent required is £525 per month, including £100 per month which will be returned to the tenant, as a lump sum, on the successful conclusion of their tenancy.
The initial rent will be frozen at that rate for the first three years of the tenancy subject to review.
