A Show to Remember!
We were very proud to be a part of the Tendring Show this year, with the glorious weather on the day (albeit very hot at times!) and the huge range of attractions on offer for visitors the show received bumper crowds!
Established in 1899, this year was the 106th Tendring Show! The Show is organised by Tendring Hundred Farmers’ Club with a hard-working committee of 20 volunteers and building to over 250 volunteer stewards on the day.
Our amazing team were on hand throughout the day on our trade stand, where friends, clients and suppliers were entertained and had fun playing on our touch screen and virtual reality simulator.
With our Managing Director, Steven Rose, as this year’s President, we were also able to bring his Theme area to life, Creativity in the Countryside.
There were lots of activities for families to get involved with, including bricklaying and plastering for our budding young apprentices, live sand sculpture and workshops, live forge, pottery, woodturning, live art, art for pre and school children to create a cardboard living wall, a straw bale tractor, sandpit and farm animals!!
A huge thank you to everyone involved, our staff, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and artists who made the day such a success!
