A Force to be Reckoned With!

We were thrilled to celebrate Building Heroes‘ 10th anniversary at their recent gala dinner, honouring the incredible work they do and the over 3,500 graduates who have launched new careers in construction!

For the past 6 years, we’ve proudly partnered with Building Heroes, supporting veterans and service leavers as they transition to meaningful roles in our workforce. Our Carpenter Apprentice, Paul Barnsley, is a shining example of the program’s success—and it was truly inspiring to celebrate his journey with him at the event.  View the short clip below to see just what this course can mean.

Building Heroes, founded in 2014, is dedicated to service leavers, veterans, reservists, and military families, offering comprehensive training in trade skills and employment support to empower new careers in construction.

A big congratulations to everyone at Building Heroes and for those in our industry who haven’t yet connected with them, I highly recommend taking a look—they are truly a force to be reckoned with!
