Come and check out our latest addition at the Lawford Green show home—the ROSE EXHIBITION room!

We’ve transformed our dining room into a space that celebrates the heritage of ROSE while offering a behind-the-scenes look at how we build our homes. The room features an array of traditional building tools used by past generations, including a fully equipped Joiner’s toolbox from 1908. You’ll also find a selection of modern building materials that we use in our homes today, allowing visitors to interact and explore first hand.

We take immense pride in our heritage. Rose Homes is more than just a housing development business; it represents over a century of dedication, quality, and family values. Our journey began in the 1890s with H.L. Rose and Sons, a family business that laid the groundwork for what we are today. Over five generations, we’ve stayed true to our roots in Essex, continuing to build homes that reflect the same principles of quality, integrity, trust, and care that have guided us from the very start.
