Awarded 5 Star Customer Satisfaction

We are delighted and very proud to have again, been awarded the prestigious, 5-star customer satisfaction award from The Home Builders Federation.

The 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey results show that 90% of new build home buyers would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’, the third successive year that the industry has upheld a score of 90% or above.

Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the The Home Builders Federation said: “To achieve a 5-star rating, whereby more than 90% of their customers would recommend them, is a considerable achievement for a builder and one that reflects the successful running of an organisation and hard work of its teams.”
